Originating from South India, the dosa is a popular street food dish across all of India. Similar to a crepe, dosas are made from various lentils or grains and served hot with chutneys. Together we will make adai dosa - high in protein made with lentils and rice; whole mung bean dosa, and a sweet wheat dosa all accompanied by freshly-made chutneys - spicy shallot chutney and savory tomato chutney.

Instructor: Shankari Easwaran.

This is a hands-on class with a vegan menu.

Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those 21 and over.

This class is sold out. We have added a second class on March 26, click here to sign up for that date
