Lucie Blue Tremblay in Concert
Lucie Blue Tremblay is one of Canada's great voices and songwriters. She brings her bilingual Canadian heritage to life in songs that celebrate love, strength, truth, peace and honor.
French and English lyrics, a gorgeous voice, and her trademark whistle have melted the hearts of listeners around the globe, since she first arrived on stage in the early 80's.
The last decade has found her undertaking an extraordinary commitment to breast cancer education. Travelling coast to coast in Canada and the USA, she created a compelling music video called,"The Breast Exam Project".
Once the commitment to breast cancer education was completed, she moved to the USA, earned a Commercial Driver's License, became a Certified Patient Care Technician, was granted her American Citizenship, and put together the rockin' "Lucie Blue Trio" with Chelly Seibert and MELE.
This new show, "The Citizen Tour", is positive, funny and includes festive songs from Lucie Blue's latest album "Counting My Blessings", as well as audience favorites from her early years.
