Share this event:

Tamales are a holiday tradition in many Latin cultures, where everyone gathers for a tamale-making party known as a tamalada. Chef Adam will lead our tamalada as we learn to make homemade masa, salsa and avocado crema. We'll each prepare a dozen green chili and pepper jack cheese tamales and enjoy some festive snacks.

Instructor: Adam Lovelace

This is a demonstration style class with a hands-on portion.

Students will enjoy a sample of the recipes and a complimentary glass of wine will be poured for those 21 and over.
