Add a little pizzazz to the traditional lineup with these elegant and tantalizing sides that are sure to be a hit. Jill will share make-ahead tips and Walt will cover wine pairings from Boeger Wines, including some that pair well with turkey. Enjoy a roasted carrot and sweet potato soup with arugula pesto; a kale and Brussels sprout winter salad with dried cranberries; leek, artichoke and pancetta bread pudding, and a duchess potato casserole. Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
