They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This class is jam packed with essential egg technique so you can master any egg dish! Dave will demonstrate the perfect cook on: poached, sunny-side up, scrambled, over easy eggs and omelets and then you will try your hand at flipping made-to-order eggs. We'll also learn a common kitchen ratio to easily make frittata, French toast, baked custard and quiche, as well as, bread pudding - which we will make and enjoy. Instructor: Dave Nelson
This is a demonstration style class with a hands-on portion.
Students will enjoy a sample of the prepared dishes.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
