Adaptogens are a classification of herbs that support our response to various types of stress and support mental clarity and physical energy. They are key to our health, strength and vitality in these modern times. In this course, we'll cover basic theory, the roles adaptogens play in our health and how they differ from other herbs and vegetables. We will discuss the most important adaptogenic herbs, how to acquire them and which ones are optimal for you and your lifestyle.
