One of the best loved items on any Indian food buffet is the warm, crispy samosa, drizzled in tasty chutneys. In this hands on workshop we will make samosa dough and filling from scratch along with two tasty chutneys. Together we will make traditional potato and pea samosas; bhel puri - an iconic Indian snack; mint chutney; tamarind chutney, and a refreshing mango lassi.
Instructor: Shankari Easwaran
This is a hands-on class with a vegetarian menu.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be poured for those 21 and over.
