Inspired by the food culture of France, Jill and Walt bring us great food and fabulous wine pairings to make any get together truly shine. Enjoy freshly baked Gruyère crackers and a refreshing strawberry-thyme mocktail; sundried tomato and olive tapenade with crudité and sparkling wine; savory zucchini goat cheese tart with rosé; shrimp, tomato, corn and basil salad with white wine, and peach melba with raspberry sauce. Instructor: Jill and Walt Simmons.
