Culture is defined as the values, practices, and beliefs shared by the members of a group. Firm Culture, therefore, is the shared values, practices and beliefs of a firms leadership and staff. As an Emerging Professional, how can you impact your firms culture in a positive and relevant way? Join us at this professional development event to explore firm culture!
- Learn the results of the AIACA Survey that focused on how firm principals and emerging professionals think about culture, including how their viewpoints varied.
- Discuss why firm culture matters
- Be inspired as to how you as an EP can impact the culture of your firm!
