Ken will teach and guide you through the Wim Hof breathing technique and discuss the benefits, such as boosted energy levels, lowered stress, decreased inflammation and improved sleep.

Students: please bring a yoga mat or towel to sit on and warm layers.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
