Monday, July 22 to Friday, July 26
9am to 1pm each day Children aged 10-15 join us each day to create a meal from scratch, using fresh organic produce and quality ingredients available at the Co-op. We'll create a different menu each day, learning essential techniques, knife skills, how to read a recipe and work together as we prepare dishes that can be replicated at home.
We have designed this class for ages 10-15, the skills and stamina required are unsuitable for younger children.

Friday: Strauss Grass Fed Burgers on Village Bakery Hamburger Buns Baked Potato Wedges with Fresh Rosemary Homemade Dill Pickles Organic Strawberry Shortcakes with Chantilly Cream
