Children aged 10-15 join us each day to create a meal from scratch, using fresh organic produce and quality ingredients available at the Co-op. We'll create a different menu each day, learning essential techniques, knife skills, how to read a recipe and work together as we prepare dishes that can be replicated at home.
We have designed this class for ages 10-15, the skills and stamina required are unsuitable for younger children.
Other identical sessions of this camp are being offered.
