Cooking is a skill that can be developed over a lifetime. Young people aged 10-17 get a head start in our fun, hands-on classes. We use high quality ingredients; learning essential cooking skills and techniques along the way. Students will enjoy the food they have made together at the end of class. We will learn to knead and shape yeasted dough for Honey Whole Wheat Bread and shape pizza dough for cheese pizzas. We will also make a banana walnut quickbread.
