Grilling and poaching are two quick and healthy cooking techniques that will take your cooking to the next level. We'll learn about simple pan sauces and compound butters that will finish your dishes with style and sizzle! Enjoy a tasting of salmon poached in sauvignon blanc, fennel and herbs and grilled sirloin steak with chili butter.

This is a demonstration-style class.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be poured for those 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
