The Nokturnal North is an indie rock band hailing from the northern state of Minnesota. Led by celebrated young songwriter Joe Norton, and power vocalist Kiera Waskey, this exuberant young band isn't one to miss.
Coming off of their debut release earlier in 2018, the band is already preparing their highly anticipated sophomore effort, scheduled to release in Spring of 2019. Influenced heavily by the indie rock bands of the Pacific Northwest in the early 2000's, the sound of The Nokturnal North can be described as brilliantly cinematic, with a bold, yet melancholy feel.
