After you and all of your friends have voted on November, 6th, leave the red and blue behind for an evening of angst-free, toe-tappin Hot Jazz with the Hot Club of Saratoga. This even is opened to listeners and players alike. After a set lead by the Hot Club, the group will lead a campfire-like gypsy jazz jam.
The Hot Club will be joined by their current Artist-in-Residence, Ivan Peña. Ivan Peña is a guitarist from Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has spent years traveling throughout France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, and Belgium gigging and studying music from icons like Fapy Lafertin, Angelo Debarre, Christophe Lartilleux, Tcha Limberger, and Serge Krief. He has been a member of and toured with Hot Club of Detroit, as well as performing with Rhythm Future Quartet and others.
