Stress and burnout negatively impact a large majority of us in this world. Signs of stress and burnout are sneaky and can happen fast. The good news is that we can learn to recognize the signs in ourselves and others to be able to prevent it and recover quicker. This workshop is perfect for those looking at starting a self-care practice at home to live a happier more fulfilled life.
