Join Winters Cheese Co. cheesemaker Sacha Laurin as she guides you through creating the iconic Italian hard cheese, Parmesan. Following age old Italian tradition, we will be making our Parmesan cheese in a copper vat with fresh local milk. Impress your friends and family with your own homemade Parmesan!

Instructor: Sacha Laurin, Winters Cheese Company

This is a hands on cheesemaking class using vegetarian rennet.

Students will enjoy a sampling of cheeses, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.

Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.

Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store
