Fine Art from the Holy Land Show and Sale - Shabbat Shira Cantor Concert
Shabbat Shira (The Shabbat of Song), and once again this year we will be honoring the memories of our beloved cantors, Henry Greenberg zl and David Morgenstern zl, with an evening of music featuring renowned Cantor Arik Luck of Temple Emanu-El, San Francisco.
This is THE BIG NIGHT! Come early (6:30) for the wine and cheese reception. Shop for Fine Art form the Holy Land. You can store your art purchases during the concert. Please see below for more information about the art show, program book and more!
Congregation Beth Israel Judea will be transformed into a gallery featuring the finest in Israeli art. A comprehensive collection of original oil paintings, watercolors, original lithographs and etchings designed by over 100 different Israeli artists will be at the show. Over 1000 works of art will be available for exhibition and sale.
Wine and Cheese Reception
Join us at 6:30pm in the Fireside Room for a Wine and Cheese Reception and an opportunity to meet the cantor and shop for art. Wine and Cheese tickets are $36 and include admission to the Concert and the art show.
Program Book*
You are able to share a greeting or a memory of Henry and/or David in the program book that we will be preparing for the evening. You can submit your greeting or memory for the Program Book by e-mail to office@bij.org. This is an additional donation, and is not included in your ticket price. 1-line greeting (up to 15 words, your name and/or a short message) - $18 Sharing a memory (up to 45 words, your name and/or a slightly longer message) - $36
