Located in the former Schmidt Brewery in the West 7th neighborhood of St. Paul, Urban Organics has transformed a vacant warehouse into a thriving fish and produce farm. Tonight, the company's founders will reveal how they combine current technologies with the age-old practice of aquaponics to produce healthy, sustainable food and new economic opportunities in the city.

The Bell Museum's Café Scientifique is a happy hour exchange of ideas about science, environment and popular culture that features experts from a variety of fields on diverse and often provocative topics.
