Brilliant Brunch: Cooking Class by Fire and Earth Kitchen
Please join us for our upcoming class, "Brilliant Brunch" where we'll be exploring the simplicity of everyone's favorite, yet rarely homemade meal. Learn some basic vegan, gluten & soy free brunch recipes that will rival any you could eat out. It will be a perfect mix of savory and sweet, crispy and refreshing. No need to go out when you can make an even better tasting & healthy one at home!
On the menu:
Scones-Two Ways (Savory AND Sweet-Caramelized Onion and Super Cinnamon)
Orange & Arugula salad
Super Veggie Vegan Omelette
Crispy Apple Almond Tart
NOTE: this class starts at 12pm instead of 3pm (usual class time) Come enjoy a complimentary mimosa!
Fire and Earth Kitchen specializes in cooking classes which are 100% vegan, gluten-free, and open to everyone. We offer monthly group cooking classes in our fireside space, as well as private cooking classes in our space or yours. Our mission is to make plant-based and gluten-free cooking accessible to everyone. We do this by making sure every dish is simple to prepare, and by using nutritious, easy to find ingredients. All of our classes are demonstration based, which leaves you ample time to ask questions, sample food, and have a drink. We teach by the warmth of a fire, which provides both inspiration and a sense of comfort unique to our classes. We expertly lead you through the steps of preparing three to five dishes, often including a delicious dessert. Custom recipe cards, nutritional information, and tips and tricks for easy meal preparation are shared throughout the class. Our group classes are social and casual, and cultivate a sense of community hard to find elsewhere. Each group class has a minimum of 4 participants, and maximum of 8.
Whether you are new to vegan or gluten-free cooking, have health concerns necessitating dietary changes, or are just looking for some great new plant centered meal ideas, these classes are great for everyone, and a lot of fun!
Disclaimer: Classes are held in our intimate fireside space and while it is a test kitchen and classroom, it is also a home. Two sweet cats live here (though they will not be present during class), if you have allergies please take appropriate measures beforehand so you are completely comfortable for the duration, or contact us to schedule a class in your own home.
