In this class, we will put a unique spin on some summertime favorites. Jill will share her prize-winning pie crust recipe and demonstrate simple steps and techniques for making a flaky mouthwatering crust every time. Jill will demonstrate a strawberry balsamic pie with a lattice-top and a peaches-and-cream pie made with an oat crumble crust. Youll practice your skills in class as you make your own mini strawberry balsamic pie with an oat crumble topping to bake at home.

This is a hands on baking class.
Students will enjoy a complimentary glass of wine, for those 21 and over.
