Saratoga bluesman Mark Tolstrup has entranced east coast blues fans with his passionate Delta slide for many years, both solo and with acoustic and electric bands. He has a passionate and genuine approach to classic works by Robert Johnson, Son House and Leadbelly. His original songs breathe new life into the blues tradition, employing masterful guitar technique and moody songwriting.
This show celebrates the release of his latest album NORTHSTAR. This album is a collection of bluesy and soulful ballads that chronicle the joys and sorrows of real life.
