Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food that has been adopted into many cuisines. It is a great source of protein especially for those eating a plant based diet and is great as a salad topping, in soups, and is amazing in tacos! Marga will show you how to ferment your own tempeh and how to use it in sweet and sour tempeh triangles, and Baja ground-tempeh tacos.
