Aztec Two-Step have spent a lifetime of making music together as the folk/rock duo, Aztec Two-Step. After four plus decades as staples of progressive FM radio, major record deals and non-stop touring, the duo continues to impress audiences with intelligent songwriting, dazzling acoustic lead guitar and soaring two-part harmonies. They have performed worldwide, been critically acclaimed in major U.S. newspapers, reviewed in Rolling Stone Magazine and appeared on numerous radio and TV shows, including The King Biscuit Flour Hour and David Letterman.
Neal Shulman, unfortunately will be taking an indefinite break from touring due to the passing of his wife. But the show will go on as Rex welcomes the AZTEC TWO-STEP stage musician extraordinaire John Korba (Hall and Oates, Rosanne Cash, Phoebe Snow, John Waite) on keyboards and vocals; Steven Muddy Roues (Jon Pousette-Dart) on double bass; and Dodie Pettit (Broadways Phantom of the Opera and Cats) on vocals and guitar. This will be a show full of AZTEC TWO-STEP vintage fan favorites as well as songs from the newest ATS release Naked.
