Girl Blue is the stage name of singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Arielle O'Keefe. Born in NY and raised in Dallas on classical piano, choir music, hip hop and Ani Difranco, Girl Blue creates sophisticated vocal arrangements and unforgettable pop ballads. Her debut EP, "I Am Not A Star," soared to the top of the charts on Spotify. Her first single, "Fire Under Water," saw over 1 million hits in its first month. Her cover of Fleetwood Mac's "Dreams" was featured on Spotify's New Music Friday and sat at Number 2 on the US Viral Charts. These days she makes her home in the Capital Region, recording her own music with the creative collective "Just Pretend Records." She expects to release a new full length album in 2018.
