It is said that the cook is the physician of the household. We will explore the medicinal aspects of herbs and spices we commonly use, drawing from traditional Chinese herbal and Western herbal medicine. We will share several tasty recipes to inspire your weekly meals.      

Instructors: Gail Derin, OMD and Kristin Cota, Clinical Herbalist

This is a lecture-style wellness class.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
