The hills are alive! When you think Alpine cheeses, think Gruyère, Comté, Emmental and Swiss! Think high mountains and herds of cows making their annual journey up the slopes to find fresh spring grass and wildflowers after the long winter. Delicate floral and nutty cheese comes every year from that journey. Learn what makes them so unique and how to make our own "holey" cheese washed with cider.
Instructor: Sacha Laurin
