LUNAR LOVE

We are humbled to offer a space specifically for women to come together Under the energy of the Full Moon. We will be moving with the breath and working with the divine feminine yin energy of the moon, connecting to our cyclic natures as we flow through pranayama, yoga & movement... followed by deep rest and relaxation with sound healing and sweet offerings of plant based treats to nourish you from the inside out.

The afternoon will offer space to set Intentions to carry with us through the next moon phase ~ this is a time where manifesting our dreams and desires becomes amplified with the goddess energy of the lunar cycle.
