You will learn the secrets to making a beautiful appetizer with fresh goat cheese crusted discs, a creamy decadent soup without the cream, a perfectly pan seared fresh fish with a beurre blanc sauce and fluffy mashed potatoes with celeriac, finished off with a luscious chocolate soufflé. You will learn how to elegantly plate your dishes. Then, sit down and enjoy your meal together. Go home feeling confident on pan searing, frying, timing, portions and best of all, exquisite plating techniques that will impress your friends and family.
