Chèvre is a creamy fresh goat cheese that can be enjoyed as soon as it is made, or aged into a blooming rind cheese. Explore this traditionally French-style cheesemaking process using lactic fermentation. Discover the delicious cheeses you can create using this process, including beautiful grape-leaf wrapped and herbed chèvre, perfect for fresh springtime salads and summer entertaining.

Instructor: Sacha Laurin

This is a hands-on class with a vegetarian menu.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
