Cooler weather prompts the desire for warm, comforting foods, and Italian cuisine offers us the chance to indulge this desire. Lucia shares a taste of the Italian autumn harvest: creamy risotto with porcini mushrooms; a traditional baked ziti; fennel, porcini and chicken cacciatore; a Tuscan-style pie with seasonal fruit, and a luscious hazelnut hot chocolate.

This is a demonstration-style cooking class. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
