Gather around the table for a plant-based Thanksgiving with these mouthwatering dishes that will give you the warm satisfaction of the holidays. Our menu includes stuffed seitan roast; herbed polenta cornbread; creamy mashed potatoes and celery root; savory mushroom and onion gravy, and pumpkin pie for dessert.

This is a demonstration cooking class with a vegan menu. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Please call if you are unable to attend. No refunds with less than 48 hours notice. Prior to 48 hours before class: Credit Card Paying Customers can call Brown Paper Tickets at 1-800-838-3006 to cancel and get a refund or transfer to another class.
Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
