Gorgonzola is a delicious Italian blue cheese made with whole cow's milk and cream. Join cheesemaker Sacha Laurin to learn the art and science of blue cheese making and create your own Gorgonzola to take home and age to perfection. Your cheese will be a great complement to crisp fall apples.

Instructor: Sacha Laurin, Winters Cheese Co.

This is a hands-on cooking class with a vegetarian menu. Snacks will be served, and students will get to take home their own freshly made cheese. A complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
