Pot stickers can be stuffed with almost anything add a variety of dips, and the possibilities are practically limitless! In this hands-on class, Sawako shares her recipes and guides you in making vegetarian and ground turkey pot stickers. You will learn tricks and tips for modifying this recipe so you can make your own spring rolls, wonton soup and more.

This is a hands-on cooking class.
Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
