There is an incredible body of research around the health promoting benefits of the Mediterranean diet. In this cooking class, we'll cover the cornerstones of the diet and celebrate its delicious flavors inspired by the summer bounty: ratatouille; spatchcocked chicken with basil salsa verde; grilled fish; marinated chickpeas, and stuffed peaches with chocolate and amaretti.
Instructor: Dr. Antonella Aguilera-Ruiz, ND and Adam Lovelace-Spirit
This is a demonstration-style class. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
