If you can't help but go crazy when summer fruit is so abundant, small batch canning is a great way to whip up something fabulous without spending hours in the kitchen. You'll be free to experiment with a variety of fruits and flavors when you're making small batches, too! Janet will equip you with the technical knowledge and some delicious recipes to make your own preserves, including strawberry honey jam with orange zest, peach rosemary shrub, and blueberry jam with crystallized ginger.

This class combines hands-on practice with cooking demonstrations. Snacks will be served, and students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
