Fueling your body with everything it needs is critical to making the most of your workout and keeping you nourished, energized and hydrated! Certified Fitness Nutritionist Mayumi shares recipes that will do all that and taste great too! Shell demonstrate chocolate-nut butter and banana protein shakes; bone broth egg drop soup with ginger and green onions, butternut squash and almond flour pancakes; spicy chicken coconut curry, and a lemon-maple sports drink.

This is a demonstration-style class with a gluten-free menu. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
