Transform your home into a tiki room with a dinner that is a throwback to mid-century Americana. Chef Mayumi gives the menu an upgrade without losing the kitsch: crab rangoons with sweet and sour dipping sauce; teriyaki baby back ribs; grilled shrimp with mango-ginger salsa; Asian slaw with roasted peanuts, and mint and rum pineapple boats.

This is a demonstration-style cooking class. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
