Camp cooking can be one of the best parts of your time in the great outdoors. A little planning and a bit of easy preparation at home will help you deliver scrumptious meals with easy cleanup and enough protein for lasting energy. Well discuss how to brew perfect coffee without electricity and try some quick and tasty breakfast options. Chef Adam will demonstrate a tomato-basil polenta with burrata mozzarella and blackberry-peach campcake.
Our friends from REI will be on hand with some cool gear that makes camp cooking a breeze.
