This session will be focused on practical strategies that you can use to keep your skin looking younger and healthier. We will discuss tips around food and botanicals that have anti-aging properties, how to choose the right clothes for great sun protection, and what ingredients in your sunscreens have the best science for keeping your skin protected. You will also get a chance to create your own rejuvenating skin cream and tonic, so that your skin can eat well and stay youthful.
