9am to 1pm each day Children aged 9-15 join us each day to create a meal, from scratch, using fresh organic produce and quality ingredients available at the Co-op. Each day's menu is inspired by a different culture and cuisine. Students learn knife skills, kitchen math, teamwork and how to read a recipe creating dishes they can replicate at home. We also include a Fitness Break to help make fitness fun.
We have designed this class for ages 9-15, the skills and stamina required are unsuitable for younger children.
