Judi and Terese, both chefs and mothers, share ideas and recipes for quick weeknight meals that are adaptable for everyone at the table. Learn tricks for sneaking vegetables into the diets of even the pickiest eaters and a few simple tweaks to turn spaghetti and meatballs into a dish everyone will enjoy.

This is a demonstration-style class. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
