We'll discuss the nutritional strategies to promote optimal hormonal health with a delicious lineup of dishes including: grilled salmon and cherry tomato relish, roasted carrots and avocado; gingery cucumber salad; chocolate avocado mousse, and Tereses turmeric, ginger and lime tonic.
