As with every type of cuisine, a good sauce can make your Japanese cooking really shine. Join Sawako to learn how to make a perfect teriyaki sauce and how to use it in a variety of dishes. She will demonstrate both authentic and modern ways to use is as we enjoy: teriyaki chicken; agedashi (deep fried) tofu, and stir-fry noodles with seasonal vegetables.
