Udon noodles are one of the ultimate Japanese comfort foodsadaptable to cold or warm weather. Sawako will teach you the techniques essential for making the best noodles from scratch. She will also demonstrate how to make authentic vegetarian broth and fish stock to use as a base, and you will also learn how to make pan-fried teriyaki noodles. This class combines hands-on practice with cooking demonstrations.
