The Ketogenic Diet is a high-fat, moderate protein, and very low-carb eating plan that many are finding beneficial to fat loss and health. Some of the healthy fats we may feature in our recipes include fat from pastured animals, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, butter from grass-fed cows, and ghee. Tonight's menu will feature: Thai shrimp salad with keto-friendly glass noodles; tuna salad with hard-boiled eggs and shallot-anchovy dressing; buffalo chicken salad with blue cheese dressing, and cucumber and radish salad with cilantro-lime vinaigrette.

This is a demonstration-style class with a gluten-free menu. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.

Parking is available on the first level of the parking garage at 28th & S streets. After 6pm all levels of the garage are available.
