Finian's Rainbow, Jr.

Adapted from the classic Broadway musical, the "Finian's Rainbow, Jr." edition, with it's delightful score, may just bring audiences the luck of the Irish!

Finian McLonergan and his daughter, Sharon, emigrate from Ireland to the town of Rainbow Valley in the mythical state of Missitucky. Missitucky is filled with a unique cast of characters, including Woody Mahoney, Woody's mute sister, Susan, an ensemble of colorful sharecroppers, and a corrupt Senator. Finian is intent on burying a pilfered pot of gold, which he believes will grow and multiply due to the proximity of Fort Knox. Hot on his heels is Og, a leprechaun, intent on recovering the stolen treasure before its loss turns Og permanently human.

"Finian's Rainbow, Jr." knows exactly where it's going and it gets there with as much fun as possible and some good old standards (Old Devil Moon, How Are Things in Gloccamorra?) along the way. An enchanting show that appeals to all audiences, Finian's wonderful music is sure to put a smile on your face!
