As we continue to automate jobs and the workforce what are the benefits and the downfalls? How do we address the newly unemployed due to the automation of jobs in a just manner? It is time we get realistic about the loss of jobs and the causes behind them. How does the economy function with 40% less jobs? How do we help transition fossil fuel job skills. How many jobs are lost to policy vs trade policy? What elements of our economic activity to we need to change to absorb the newly unemployed that no longer have monetized wage value? How do we have these people add value to the community within holistic wealth. How do we keep these people housed and fed?
We dont have the solutions, no one does. In fact we have more questions than anything. Join us to explore these questions and together learn how to craft a more inclusive narrative that engages a larger population to identify the root cause of the problem and a path towards an economy in service to life.
