Art of Food Summer Camp
Art of Food:

Rainy Day Summer Camp offers week-long 3-hour cooking camp with a focus on baking. From pretzels and bread to real butter and quick jams, each day students will whip up something new ending the week by bring home dinner for their family! We will discuss the importance of: local ingredients, scratch cooking and natural preservatives.

While our confections are cooking we will step out of the kitchen and play with our food! From vegetable stamps to gardening with food scraps, campers will leave with a new appreciation of food.

Like our Dinner Club, on the last day of class students will take home a dinner that serves 4-6 with baking instructions, providing their family with dinner!

Cost: $175
(all materials included, plus a dinner for a family of 4-6)
